What is Wellness Bali?
Wellness Bali is the wellbeing side of Vision Bali. Besides running private tours around the island since 2000, at VisionBali Herbal Taru Pramana we offer acupuncture sessions and usada consultations. Usada is Bali’s traditional medicine, based on medicinal plants and on ancient palm-leaf manuscripts (lontar). It is a calm way to discover another side of Balinese culture during your trip: a personal consultation in a local setting, with no rush.

Acupuncture therapy
Acupuncture is a traditional technique from China that uses very fine needles at specific points of the body, along the meridians. Before the session, the therapist asks about your discomfort, your sleep and your lifestyle, then suggests a session tailored to you. Many people choose it to relax and ease tension, or as a complement to their usual care.
Acupuncture does not replace medical treatment. If you have an illness, take medication or are pregnant, tell the therapist and also consult your doctor.
Free QRMA wellness check
The QRMA (Quantum Resonance Magnetic Analyzer) is a quick, non-invasive digital check: no needles and no blood sample. You hold a metal sensor in your hand for about a minute, and the software produces a report by body area, such as circulation, digestion, bones, or vitamins and minerals. According to the manufacturer, the device picks up weak electromagnetic signals from the body and compares them with its database.
If you come for a consultation, we do this check for free and explain the report to you.

Important: the QRMA is a guidance tool and not a medical diagnosis. Its results are indicative. If a result worries you, confirm it with a laboratory test or a doctor.
